Agency Bill
Agency bill accounts are invoiced by Dale Barton and have our logo on the statement. Have your Dale Barton invoice number ready when remitting payment.
Pay via check: remit payment to Dale Barton Agency, 1100 E 6600 S #400, Salt Lake City UT 84121.
Pay via EFT: to set up, email accounting@dalebarton.com.
Direct Bill
Direct-bill policies are sent from your insurance carrier.
Contact your insurance carrier directly. Most carrier invoices have web addresses and phone numbers for e-payment or payment by phone. Most insurers allow payment via check, EFT, or credit card. If you still have questions, contact your Dale Barton representative at (801) 288-1600 during business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MDT. You can also email accounting@dalebarton.com.
Dale Barton Payment Policy
Your deposit premium is generally due within 20-30 calendar days from the date coverage becomes effective, depending on the type of policy. Policies not paid on time are subject to immediate cancellation. Dale Barton is not responsible for late or past due payments.
